The fact is that Good Ole Hill Billy had little or nothing to do with the economic expansion, most of it is technology driven and Greenspan's obsession with inflation. Clinton would not know how to create wealth if he tripped over it. He is a lifetime politician and lawyer and is only adept at spin, telling people what they want to hear, lying and snowing everyone around him including Hillary. The democratic party is a philosophically and morally bankrupt party. The republicans are also cut from the same cloth. The only long-term chance the U.S. may still have is to elect a libertarian (not Libertarian) president. I don't see that happening. I'm looking forward to private space travel...
