mmeggs, sure and that is everyone's experience and the point I made that people tend to be conservative and not buy a thing and then are pleasantly surprised how good it is. My concern is that by overpricing the minutes, they'll turn people off before they get hooked. But we have few handsets so they do need to go to high minute users and high priced handsets are the way to do that [or bundled minutes with a "FREE" phone which is the same thing]. As you say, the urgent call gets the attention and helps make the sale! Maurice
