The 10Q is for the quarter ending 6/99, but filings for the previous periods are missing.

This creates some unusual problems. For one thing, there are no audited figures anywhere in the 10Q. Normally the balance sheet would show you a comparison of the most recent unaudited figures with those that were audited in the most recent 10k. But the 10k was never filed. So there are no audited figures in the 10Q.

The missing 10k creates more problems too, because the 10Q relies on the 10k to provide all the required disclosure, as AZNT's own 10Q states:

The unaudited condensed financial statements printed herein have been
prepared in accordance with the instructions to Form 10-QSB and do not include
all the information and disclosures required by generally accepted accounting
principles. Therefore, these financial statements should be read in conjunction
with the financial statements and related footnotes included in the Company's
Form 10-KSB for the year ended December 31, 1998.
