Elamatador, thanks for your perspective. I like the optical plays, Sun, emc and ntop personally. Sycamore is a company that will do extremely well (not funded by your favorites). This is a company founded and partially funded by the founders of Cascade communications.

Elmatador, what fibre channel companies do you think that CSCO might be interested in? I purchased some Ancor Communications (ANCR) recently and was considering purchasing more. They seem very low in market value in comparison to their competitiors BRCD and ZOOX. The OEM'S they signed with with Sun Microsystems, Hitachi and MTIC among others show they have a product of some value. What are your thoughts?
