enki, you must not be a shareholder anymore. Let them make one more squeak and get this stock up over .50 so those of us still left can get out with a little dignity.

After Kernaghan finishes converting all his debentures, he will own TPII. You'll have to do the math to see just how many shares that might be. Just from memory, I think it was nearly 30 million additional. After that, I see no reason why he wouldn't do a 1-5 reverse split to get back to 10M and clean everyone out.
