Personally, I am not especially offended, but I think it is rude...

Do you have trouble masticating while looking at a woman's breast?

Well, yes, sometimes. I could bite my tongue and be injured. Could I then sue the flaunting female?! LOL I couldn't enjoy the rest of my dinner and would have to endure blood in my wine!!

But!! Some friends we (wife #1 & I) used to play bridge with had children. The mom (Mary) liked to breast feed in front of us. She made the statement she wished she didn't have to wear a shirt sometimes because she would like to walk around in public bare breasted. When she was pregnant she had the kid kicking her. She was trying to get me to feel the kicking, but I couldn't. I was hunting for the kicking all over until I was against her breast. She helped me in a different direction. So look I guess but don't touch!! It could bother the husband more than the onlooker, but it didn't bother her husband at all. He was too busy rubbing MY wife's foot with his!!! Dam friends anyhow. Breast feeding in public never bothered me but it can be distracting.
