You have to agree that your prediction many weeks ago about getting back into internet stocks around Labor Day is looking pretty good at this point in time.

Rande Is, I've found that the easiest way to make money in the market over the past month is to track the recent IPOs, wait until they bottom out, and buy into them before their quiet period ends. I'm keeping track of the ones that I think hold the greatest promise at my site: position-trader.com Looking forward to seeing your site and participating in the stock discussion on it. On a lighter note: A news program in New York last night gave out a phone number that people can use to contact the police if they encounter counterfit Pokemon trading cards. :-)

VERA looks interesting here. This company is the premier manager of billing systems for telecom companies. Fundamentals and chart look great....company would make a nice acquisition for one of its large clients. Volume has been way up recently and the stock is near a year high.

Rande: MDCM is like a huge roller coaster. Today it showed a massive spike toward the end of the day. I gather the quiet period is coming to an end. Should be interesting.

Hi Rande. Careful with GMGC. Numerous floorlesses with this one. Large short position is offshore so they aren't really worried as they hold the debenture. This one used to be good for some nice pops on news but the float has gotten so damn big. DITC- looked at this one yet? Develops echo cancellation equipment for fibre optic networks. Nice float at 3mln. I blew it last week when it was 48 and I didn't get in. Looks to be basing a bit here 56-60. Since I unfortunately have a job that keeps me from watching the markets, I have slowly been entering 1/2 positions lately. If the stock runs then I have 1/2 but if it drops more then I'll fill the other half. Were talking only quality HLIT,JDSU,BRCD,ADAP,DITC,BRCM to name a few. Not in all yet. Probably never will get all as the budget is limited <g>. x btw, looked at anything fibre channel related yet? Going to be a huge sector in the next two years if not sooner.
