They also have an Active X solution although it is closely tied to the Windows/Office desktop.

ROTFL!

Reggie:

Congratulations on being first with the business model. Since your early invention has given you more time to pre-sell your product than latecomer Sun has had, would you mind hinting at how many ISP's are going to be announcing support-in-principle for your product in the near future? I realize the answer may be confidential.

Regards,

You give Sun too much credit. I came up with the
business model before I did.

??????

MSFT had a Java solution at least a year before
I even came up with the idea

Well, let's see the solutions. Are you willing to
give yours away for free??? How about M$FT???
SUNW makes their money on the hardware, so giving
away an application suite is possible. Software
companies have little choice but to charge, be it
rental fees or licensing fees.

For SUNW, this is just another skirmish. Too bad
your ideas and implementation didn't precede Star
Division's. You would have done well to sell your
software to SUNW.

cheers,

cherylw

Reggie...you sure are self-important... I read your crap on the IE -vs- Netscape thread for months... Microsoft was the all and mighty....Now you show up on the Sun thread several months later... You've come here now to feel out the "competition"... I see you are even starting to talk Microsoft down in your own interest... Reggie, please don't pollute the thread any more, we already have James and now the Twit is back..

Thread..please watch this Reggie dude on The "digital jam"... fill us all in... I suspect his talk is much fluff.

Reg... Your NeoMedia site is amateurish at best.. I do understand you must have put a lot of work into it, but do you really think it can compete with Sun or Microsoft?? Seems to be a one man show... Also, I'm no spelling wizard to say the least, but you've spelled "their" as "there" in #1 under "What can NuoMedia.com do".

Are you saying you came up with the business model for apps over the internet before Sun and others have??? Geesh.. you've also got big ones....

Cheers Reg.. And good luck with your interview...

Roger

PS.. I'm sorry that I associated your name as coming up with the "java is a fraud" quote... (even though you said you agreed).. You and Sal are from the same mold... my mistake, sorry...
