Different take...

I don't believe the market is bidding GBLX down to MAKE it pay more cash/stocks, I believe it is bidding GBLX down precisely BECAUSE it beleives the offer has to be fattened! The market might be strange and perverse at times, but it is not intentionally vicious, it doesn't go out of its way to punish people out of pure spite!

Again, I am a buyer here. The "fattened offer" prospect is factored into GBLX stock now.

If they did have to sweeten the offer a little, let's not forget about the $450 million in found money they received from the breakup of the USW deal.

IMO, FRO is an absolute slam dunk buy. If not the stock then at least the October calls.
