Daniel, When the pick pocket met the Saint all he saw were his pockets.

<Perception is reality> and projection makes perception. What we expect to see, what we believe we see IS what we see, reality or not. "All 50 yr/males are a holes." See a 50 yr/male and with this belief you see an a hole. Might be a saint, but the projection tends to blind you to it.

I couldn't agree with you more about AOL, about many of my favorite companies, that have become victims of negative projection/perception and consequential depreciation.

I held PSIX and finally threw in the towel after about an 18 month hold, like at around 7 something. Took my lumps. Notice where it is lately...50+. When I held it the whole net fell out of favor then parts of it out of favor. When I sold it the 'whole net' shortly got back in favor. Its where the term 'Go figure' came from! :-)

The psychology of the market...often as important or more important then the fundamentals.
