Heinz, the xal, rut, s&p financials are all following the script of their bear flags off the October lows. I remember only just a few weeks ago how many people were getting bullish on small caps -g- Lot of money managers who would say only a couple of years ago that techs should only be a certain percentage of ones portfolio at price/earnings ratios in the 20-40 range because they were to volatile are now saying they are the must have stocks in the 50-100 p/e range -gg- bb
