thanks for bringing this to our attention...seems the bond market takes the Y2K issue a lot more serious than the stock market.
i don't believe this ties in with the coupon passes however. coupon passes are permanent additions to to reserves...simply liquidity injections, presumably to keep up with record credit demand. don't forget, the consumer as well as corporations are taking on debt left and right...after all the stock gods will continue to provide, or so the thinking goes...
