How many times in the past 20 years did the market drop in Sep, and Oct ? and How many times did the market go up in Oct and Sep?
Do your homework and then make your conclusion !!!!! I can also tell you that every month had equal opportunity of drop and climb in the past 20 years, not just Sep or Oct.
