Gene, That is the exact deal that I jumped up shouted and screamed how much i hated.. I will not go on and on, as it has been explicitly talked about before here and via email, but the deal was not right. They were dealing with a muderer, criminal, and SEC violater...they said they were going through with the deal, despite all I gave them....Everybody except me was for the deal..i hated it...i got flamed, bashed , and trashed for it too! :-) GUess they change their mind...This was breaking point for them..they are on theverge of making things happen..don't need to screw it up with a stupid deal.... Hope GOCA does well..they didn't need that deal...apparently they saw the same light i did and are moving on....now they need to get that filing done..and i might be back! FM
