Yeah I know - I already read the article. In addition to the points in my post that he missed - he also failed to mention that "cash starved Ancor" - just completed a private placement worth an estimated $64.9M: ancor.com If you read the details of the deal, the underwriters have the option to buy more, which will generate more cash for the company. I would like to clarify that unlike Mr. Greenberg, I am not claiming to tell you anything. The facts in my post are all verifiable. Just look at the daily graphs on nasdaq.com and figure out when the press releases occurred.
