Agreed, but what about a law protecting the womens right? Here is one scenario which could happen...

The state of Oregon passes a law which says breast feeding is a protected right in public...Then....

Some lady wants to make a buck, so she goes with her family to a posh restaurant to eat. It's the three of them. Husband wife and 4 year old boy. They select an open table in the middle of the dining room. The woman then whips out her 44 E's and spreads them across the table for her 4 year old to drink. The customers are astonished! The management can do nothing! Finally, 6 or 7 people elect to leave the restaurant. The management, seeing their profits sinking fast, eventually ask the couple to stop breastfeeding or leave.

She then suis them. After all, this is American and all these lawyers need to make a living! :-)

Breast feeding without the necessary laws seems logical to me. The cultural acceptance toward breastfeeding has already moved quite a bit in the last 20 years. I would imagine before too long, nearly everyone will accept it without batting an eye.
