Brian, it ain't so. The Porn assets are in Starnet Canada, which is a wholly owned subsidiary of Starnet Communications International. According to note 2, the consolidated financial statements include the accounts of the company and all its subsidiaries.

Why don't you point out to me what page of the 10-K you saw this about the Porn assets not being on the balance sheet.
