Wake me up when the EXDS backlash is over....

I agree. These customer service problems, if they are for real (Streaming who?) are the typical growing pains for an excellent company whose market and business is exploding...if you were building data centers all over the world and trying to hook up enough fiber to them to keep 'em fed and watered, believe me, you'd be a little rough around the edges too. And who on earth gets freaked out by a little dust on top of their server for chrissakes...probably construction dust..or maybe the dust of the competition being left by the wayside. We've all got dust on top of our computers. If there are some customer service issues these will get fixed. Now I would be worried if there were no customers at all. Maybe TheStreet.com is hoping to re-negotiate its deal.I'm looking to double my position in EXDS...maybe this article will give me my buying opp but I doubt it.

IMO, I really don't know why anyone would actually pay money to subscribe to the The Street.com. Their stories are usually poor, manipulative, attempts on equities that they plan to load/unload in the near future. And its very hard to tolerate the arrogance of some of its most prominent honchos (Cramer, Greenberg).

I can see an excerpt of the positive TheStreet.com write-up in a few months, once they complete their position in EXDS of coarse, now: "The significant dust problem that EXDS seemed to have a few months ago has been resolved. Apparently the problem was with the cleaning solution vendor that EXDS had agreed to go with. A sidenote, EXDS also continued to increase revenues at a staggered rate."
