Hello, Have been reading alot about free shares. I bought ecnc on 3 different dates, I think in June and August. It is in street name. Can I get it registered in my name and get my free shares. If so, how do I go about it? And what percentage of free shares do people get? Thank you in advance

Here is the info from Tom - as promised by the Wall Street Ranger There will be an extension of the Sept 1 deadline in terms of the 1 for 1. This entire matter is under advisement and is one of Mr. Hughes top priorities to expand the opportunities for shareholders whenever possible. Now, these are the only details I have on the 1 for 1; so you must show some patience in letting Mr. Hughes reach an equitable solution for the shareholders and the company. It is quite a tribute to Tom for him to respond immediately to your requests via my humble self. Regarding the Warrants - June 30, 1999 deadline "bonus" for taking shares off the Street, NOTHING HAS CHANGED. Stock and Warrants will be distributed! I think all of us can now see that this is a company that responds to its shareholders, communicates with them and has their best interests in mind. This is the modus operandi of Mr. Hughes.
