Where is Castnet.com's growth going to come from?

Correct me if I am wrong, but isn't this how it works:

1) actors sign up with Castnet.com for $100
2) Agents pay nothing to use Castnet to find the talent that they want to sign.
3) The actor gets an agent and has no need for Castnet in the following year.
4) The casting directors contact the agents for talent and not Castnet.com.
5) New actors sign up for Castnet.com for $100 and the cycle continues.

If I am correct the only ways to achieve growth is

- to put the competition out of business (and that will only provide a one time jump in growth)

- Hope that there are more new actors signing up for Castnet.com than there are actors that find agents in the first year after signing up with Castnet.com

RISK:

The competition will take a similar approach as Castnet.com (going digital instead of paper) but will have the added advantage of broadband Internet access. The competition will not have to incur the additional expense of installing a link between its personal network and its customers like Castnet.com does.
