All those problems are shared by all development stage companies. Wrong. Not to the degree of VLNC. It is not the condition but rather the magnitude of the condition that taints VLNC.

Many of your conclusions are wholly unsubstantiated. "I'm certain money was available ...." Really.

As for the semantics you want to play well, you can always find a more extreme example for anything but, 11 and change to 4 in 8 months is down 60+% in 8 months. That is a free fall in my book. You show your inexperience by equating investing with gambling. You show your cards, you lose pal. As for "might as well be in a CD," if you arent in VLNC, do you have any idea what market indices have returned over the last year? In comparison, even if you bought at 5ish you are down approx. 20%.

The company isnt failing because the stock price is down, the stock price is down because the company is failing for the reasons stated. Whats more, every one of those reasons has been apparent for at least 14 months with detached logic.

Your last paragraph better be a joke or I'm wasting time responding to a lunatic.
