Think for a moment, Neo. A group of people are sitting at a table at a restaurant. Perhaps they have just ordered, and the food has not arrived. A sleeping infant wakes up, and seeks the breast. You wife's solution, which you approved of, was to carry a bottle of breast milk with her. Perhaps the mother cannot afford a breast pump. Perhaps she has already used up the bottle she brought and the infant is hungry again. Perhaps she forgot the bottle. What is she to to? The infant is hungry, and in a moment will begin to scream bloody blue murder.
