Global Crossing is being added to the NASDAQ 100 index which is a huge positive. This means the stock is likely to be trading up on and afterwards September 9. GBLX stock price could move substantialy given the small float. Do not be surprised if the stock moves several points higher. There is a huge short position so if there is a squeeze it could be very interesting. FRO is likely to get a top up but the amount won't be the full $63. It will probably be something in between. The amount of the top up will depend on the GBLX price when they start negotiating. Negotiations probably won't start until the later part of September. I say buy FRO or GBLX and watch both stock prices climb higher.

You can bet that it will be above the current mid-40's, which creates a very interesting speculation here.

Downside is that the deal gets called off, which seems highly unlikely.
