Cook'em & eat'em just like the rabbit or deer. They are just big tree rodents! LOL You ought to see how many I get in my yard over the winter. Heck if I chose, I'd never have to leave my house to hunt squirrels. But we feed'em and the little varmits swarm the yard. They are fun to watch. Some are getting kind of tame! You can almost approach them.

They eat all the food out of our birdfeeders though..... That ticks me off.
