Joel,

Any thoughts as to the competitive aspects to Seibel and is I2 enough different to consider it as a separate potential investment?

Off the top of my head, I can't think of any way i2 currently directly competes with Siebel. i2's market is definitely different enough to consider it as a separate investment.

I say potential as I2 is not a gorilla or even possibly a candidate but over the next year who knows?

Definitely a candidate. Their competition is Manugistics and virtually all of the ERP players.

Supply-chain software is more naturally related to back-office software than front-office software. That's why the ERP players have already moved into the field. It's a natural fit for them, more natural than their entry into the front-office arena.

Personally, I'd stay away from supply-chain software. There are much better opportunities out there. Just my opinion.
