Range Declares Dividends September 1, 1999 09:19 AM Eastern Time FORT WORTH, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 1, 1999--Range Resources Corporation RRC announced today that it declared dividends on both its common and preferred stock. The common stock dividend is one cent per share and the $2.03 convertible preferred stock dividend is 50.75 cents per share.
