There are no warrants.

I don't see a split on INTC unless it gets above 100-120 area.

effect of Intel warrants

jd,
intel has warrants for 1 million shares at $10....exercisable only after rambus is in at least 20% of all intel chipsets for two consecutive quarters. the thought is at that point rmbs will be so wildly successful it won't make a difference. it will be a paperwork transaction only...does not cost rmbs any cash. it will of course be dilutive when and if exercised.

other warrants totalling 400,000s issued to dram companies this year to help with and motivate the ramp-up...this was done around the time intel gave micron and samsung $600 million.

800,000 approved for employee bonuses...not sure if any issued yet.

all of this is widely known and in the share price imo.

it also why i always use 25 or 26 million shares for calculations.
