Yes, I would imagine it means small cap.

But the statement is open-ended, so don't expect it to happen within the next couple of months.

They need $4 million in assets and a $4 stock price. The asset requirement apparently can be waived though, if the company can prove that it has substantial anticipated revenues in the form of signed, binding contracts.

I have another investment that is currently endeavoring to meet this requirement.

Trade this puppy for now... don't get too greedy, and take advantage of panic sell-offs like what occurred yesterday.

It may take some time, but I have gut feeling that TG will stick to his guns and make it happen (and probably continue to make mistakes or miscalculations on the way).

TG's miscalculations or mistakes have usually provided traders a nice opportunity to buy cheap shares (and providied those who opted to sell in the panic, a nasty tax loss).
