ChatCom Feels the Time has Come for ''Signature Verification''; Is ''ChatLok'' the Answer?

CHATSWORTH, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 1, 1999--ChatCom Inc. (OTC BB:CHAT) has been preparing to announce its new "Signature Verification System" called "ChatLok"; however, due to a recent glitch in Microsoft's Internet software, ChatCom felt it was time to make its new system known to the public.

CEO James P. Roche believes that this current mishap can be avoided if everyone's computer is protected by a true password usable only by the holder: their signature. Hotmail subscribers would not have had to worry if their system was protected by ChatLok. Although ChatCom had originally intended to couple its new security system with its servers it is apparent that there is now more than ever a need for a foolproof security system for Internet users. ChatLok has been extensively tested and never failed under test conditions. Maybe it's time the ISP's look a little closer at the potential problem for its users. Does ChatLok provide the answer everyone has been looking for? Remember, the Internet is the gateway to your privacy.

ChatCom is in the process of finalizing a licensing agreement with the Licensor and is preparing to launch the new product within the next 30 days. It is expected deliveries will start in about 60 to 90 days. It is simple, inexpensive and works every time. First came the chip, then the computer, software, the Internet, AOL and now the final item we all have been waiting for and just before entering the 21st century, "Security on the Internet". ChatCom's Key to the Internet is ChatLok.

Mr. Metals, the potential of IATR will bring the price to this level if not higher. Infolocity will need to be a player though. If the deal is secure, like I think it is IATR will move. The same search technology Infolocity uses for investorfacts.com will be used for auctionmine.com, drugmine.com and grocerymine.com. All these names are registered domain names for Infolocity. Auctionmine.com was Beta tested and 1 page is still up. This is hush hush, but if you look at the last IATR PR Infolocity mentions its "first consumer web site". They have not admitted its theirs yet, but the domain name is registered to them. They wont compete with ebay, ubid, onsale....they will work with them and find the best price for the consumer IN REAL TIME. IATR is also working on other aquisitions and has a stake in PASW (100,000 - 200,000 shares). Looks like Rande Is just picked up some also. Good play and a major turnaround IMO.
