Diamond Entertainment Announces Its Exclusive
Marketing Rights to ''Strong Mind
Fit Body'' Exercise Videos Starring Joe Montana

CERRITOS, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 1,
1999--Diamond
Entertainment Corporation, dba e-DMEC, Inc. (OTC
BB:DMEC) today
announced it has signed a licensing agreement with
American Champion
Entertainment, Inc. (Nasdaq:ACEI), for the sole
exclusive rights to
manufacture, duplicate, distribute, market and sell
workout videos
called "Strong Mind Fit Body", starring the legendary
quarterback Joe
Montana and his wife Jennifer, along with Ronnie Lott
and Dwight Clark
for all formats of video, DVD and CD ROM, for the
exclusive territory
consisting of the United States, its territories and
Canada.
The 120-minute program contains martial arts based
exercises,
which are currently popular among exercise enthusiasts
across the
U.S., and will be marketed initially as either a double
pack or two
one-hour videos or a set of four shorter versions.
e-DMEC plans to launch its initial phase of its marketing
program
during the 4th quarter of this year through select
television channels
utilizing infomercials featuring the promotional help of
the stars of
this video set. e-DMEC has been successful distributing
its video
products to mass merchandisers, and customers include
Sam's Club,
Costco, Walmart, Musicland, Best Buy, Walgreens, Sears
and Block
Buster. In its second phase of marketing its newly
acquired exercise
videos, e-DMEC plans to aggressively approach its
traditional chain
stores and mass merchandising customers.
