Hilarious! Vander Kelen must be pretty pissed off. Maybe now he'd like to talk about that Sweet Factory deal, lolol?

The Whitecliff and Shoreline shares are, of course, the Mann shares: the original eight certificates were made out to them, half to each. Seems pretty pointless to "cancel" them now, though, as new certs were issued in May 1998, to Mann himself. And Mikey signed at least one letter of opinion, authorizing the transfer of 2M of those shares to Mann.
