Everen did provide something solid: operating margins on cell phones have not increased as hoped. Considering that cell phones constitute the majority of Q's revenues, I think that is a pretty substantial piece of information. Q's stock price has been bolstered by momentum investors and when something changes, they bail out. This is not to say that Everen got their facts straight, but without something to counter, this price action is not very surprising.
