Ok Fred, I checked an old e-mail that I sent to Paul Henry where I asked him some questions. I will reprint my e-mail and his response. I guess he doesn't give everyone the same answers. -----Original Message----- From: Susan XXXXXXX [mailto:xxxxxxxxxxxx.com] Sent: Wednesday, August 04, 1999 2:33 PM To: phenry@tsig.com <mailto:phenry@tsig.com> Subject: Questions Mr. Henry, As a shareholder of TSIG since December, 1998 I have seen the price of the stock go from about .38 to .62 to .039 to what it is today. (About .069 the last time I checked) I have tried to be patient, realizing that there have been a lot of changes in the company over the last couple of months. With change comes uncertainty. I am a subscriber to Silicon Investor and I also read Raging Bull and although I read them both daily, I don't make any investment decisions based on anything I read at either place anymore. There is just too much garbage to go through to try to figure out what is true or false. I don't understand where people get the information from. Some of the posters make it sound like they are getting info from inside the company. Maybe you can clarify a couple of questions that I have. 1) Is there a deal in the works with Coke and/or the Super Bowl? 2) What is Northern Lights? 3) Is the Signature deal falling apart? 4) Is Robert Gordon a crook (or as a poster has put it... a share pig)? I have many more questions, but no more time. I have to get back to my job now. You can respond either to this e-mail address or my home e-mail address which is xxxxx.com <mailto:xxxxxxxx.com> Thanks in advance for any light that you can shed on my questions. Susan xxxxxxx Paul Henry's answer: Susan, Thanks for your questions--I wish more readers of (and posters on) the "threads" would call or write rather than repeating and speculating about inaccurate information. As you can understand, I cannot necessarily answer all questions, especially those that relate to "material non-public information", which no company is allowed to disclose selectively to shareholders. In response to your questions: (1) I cannot comment about deals that may be in the works. (2) I have not heard of Northern Lights--tell me more. (3) There has been a delay (not our fault nor Signature's) in the Signature Loyalty and Rewards program for banks. Our contract has not been cancelled, nor do we expect it to be. We believe we have a good relationship with Signature. (4) Robert Gordon is not a crook. As for his share ownership, I believe it is (and has been) proportional to his contributions to the company, although others are entitled to their differing opinions. I have been upset at some of the inaccurate statements made on the threads about Mr. Gordon and me with respect to both TSIG and Phoenix. Unfortunately, our securities attorneys have advised us against responding to comments made on the threads, and we have not. Thanks for your support. I might add that I purchased restricted shares of TSIG in the fall of 1996 at $0.75 per share. We hope and expect to turn the company around with several programs that are kicking in shortly, most notably the Lifetime Learning Systems' myMusicCard program that is being launched this fall at schools K-12 throughout the country.
