Thank you, Neo. I thought I understood what the word "loose" means, and now I am sure that I was right, I did, and do, understand what the word "loose" means.

But eating dogs, to use your example, isn't a matter of "loose" standards. It's different mores. And so is breastfeeding in public. You don't like it, so you say it's "loose." You can say it until you are blue in the face for all the good it will do you.
