The 3-CROWs, especially the IDENTICAL 3-CROWs is a quite reliable downside reversal signal and implies significant negativity. It does not mean that there is no bounce, just that if there is a bounce as we have now, the selling after the bounce could be significant. It is one of the more negative candlestick patterns and does not really occur that often, especially at a peak.
