Gary,

""Hmmm ... OK so what you are saying is that the HGP and all the reports are not accurate and that they are misrepresenting the actual truth""

I am not saying that at all. I have no reason to believe that they would lie about anything. All I am saying is that this SMM test invovles gold in almost pure quartz, and all of the big commercial gold mines deal with a different material and a diffent process, heap leaching. I believe that if the Haber process is going to revolutionize gold mining it will have to be tested against the same type of ore where the bulk of the cyanide is used.

""In your professional opinion, has the HGP been falsely touted and misrepresented to the public?""

It is not possible for me to give a professional opinion conerning HGP. Before I can do that, I would have to see the chemical involved and perform my own testing.

""Is Orex and all the people within the company opersting a fraud?""

I certainly hope they aren't, I recently invested in this company.

Also do you have or have you professionally made a study of the HGP in order to arrive with an underlying basis for your professional conclusions?

""I think I answered this on above.""

Have you called Don Blackburn or Mr. Haber in reference to your professional opinion?

""Once again, I don't have a professional opinion"" When the company publishes enough fundamental information for me to form a professional opinion I will be happy to state such. I did sent a letter to the company requesting this information be made public but I have yet to receive a response.

Tim

GB, you must differentiate between fraud and self delusion. Jensen from GPGI is as honest as they come (at least that was my impression, beware talking to CEO <VBG>), yet for years he has been self deluding himself that GPGI's processes extract Au and PGM cost effectively. I believe that it is quite possible that you have here a very similar phenomenon. After all, Haber is pretty good at self delusion, he sacrificed some 20 or 40 years of his life to come up with these processes and to date, not a single one has been proven to be commercial.
