EXDS compatriots, the article about poor service hurts BUT the reality is EXDS is growing 40% qtr to qtr and sometimes customers do "slip through the net" on you.
A dissatisfied customer getting that kind of air time will tend to embellish problems as they know they'll get a 200% service level in the future ... and probably for free.
I'm not pooh poohing away possible service problems customers have experienced BUT after 20 years in the computer services industry the one most important thing I have learned is that service problems are a companies easiest to fix ... just throw money at it and hire more / better professional services personnel ! It's better to have service problems due to growing pains than have great service in a flat or dying market, I've been there.

To the EXDS big kahuna Ellen and or staff, if anyone from EXDS reads this pleeeeassseeeee fix this FAST, you're in a target rich market, don't blow it now !
