Here is the deal. As verified by Fidelity investments, terms of warrants are 1 warrant plus 4 dollars equals one share of para. With para now over 4 dollars (at 5.50, fair value for the warrant is 1.5)
Looking at paraw shows it to be relatively undiscovered.
