Talked with Jim Graham at JDX today looking for an update.

Got the normal answers.....

"we are working around the clock to get a deal done"
"when we announce the deal you will be very very pleased"
"the deal could be announced at any time"

We are now into Sept. which historically is a very good month for penny stocks. According to the latest TSE reports there are still no insider sales, no shorts and Haywood (very friendly hand) has not sold any shares. I continue to wait and be patient.

From the Stockhouse thread

A question to Jim the IR person emailed yesterday.

Dear Jim: On the last news release it does not give a date for the upcoming medsite IPO. When would that be?
ThanksMarc

Marc,
All Medsite.com has said to this point is that they are planning for a Fall ipo. A registration statement (S1) must be filed first. Once they have filed, a period of 6 to 8 weeks is norm before going public. JDX will make an announcement once we see their S1.

Regards,
Jim
