can anyone confirm that they are supposed to announced financing within a matter of days?

Yep, I thought it was hilarious that the stock holders would vote another 500 million shares! The mms are probably going to get that price moving, so they can unload those shares! Wouldn't like to be shareholder trying to sell what I already got.
