Delisted and trading on the pink sheets. Seems a ploy by Coleman to avoid reporting in the future. All listed companies must report now. Their SEC filings were inadequate, hence they were delisted.

the "e" is added to symbols when their paperwork to the sec is not up to date.

AIMH was delisted when the paperwork was resubmitted but not quickly enough to avoid the delisting.

Assuming the paperwork is okay, the SEC will relist AIMH (with no e).

meanwhile...it is traded on the pinksheets....
