Hold it Cima, back the truck up, check this, then I'd call ASTV for clarification. We've been wondering about this.

There is a long list of stocks listed today with the E being removed, what this means is effective tomorrow they will be trading on the Pink Sheets with their 4 letter symbol until their papers are finalized.

Looks like I was wrong. We will have a temporary stop on the pinks. Didn't see this note on the bottom of the OTC:BB list:

Notes
^ The "E" is being removed from this security in conjuction with its deletion from the OTCBB due to the issuer's failure to comply with the Eligibility Rule (NASD 6530). The deletions were published on the 8/30/1999 Daily List.

It's frustrating because the company is compliant. Hope the administrative backlog doesn't last too long.

(Voluntary Disclosure: Position- Long; ST Rating- Strong Buy; LT Rating- Strong Buy)

Update from management:

ASTV management feels approval of its Form 10-SB by SEC is imminent. ASTV
has one accounting issue to resolve with the SEC accounting staff, and the
delay in resolving the issue results from SEC staff workload and backlog.
ASTV anticipates resolution of the issue this week, notice of its "no
comment" status from the SEC and immediate submission of a new Form 211 to
the NASD for reinstatement on the OTC Bulletin Board. After reinstatement on
the Bulletin Board, ASTV will immediately file an application with NASDAQ
for listing on the Small Cap Market.

Thank you and best regards,

Stephen Chow
