I don't know about legal recovery, but they have said customers have wanted to be indemnified when purchasing the disputed product. So that cost will be removed, plus I am sure other doors will open now that the suit is settled.

Sytron Announces Registration Statement

BROOMFIELD, Colo.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 3, 2000--Sytron, Inc. (OTCBB: SITR) announced the filing of a
registration statement on Form 10-SB with the Securities and Exchange Commission on January 31, 2000.

The registration is expected to become effective by March 31, 2000, at which time Sytron will begin filing quarterly and annual
reports with the SEC, significantly increasing the amount of information available to shareholders.

The Form 10-SB includes Sytron's 1999 audited financial statements and a currently updated description of Sytron's business
and operations, and may be downloaded from the sec.gov web site.

Sytron's subsidiaries provide Maxx-Net(TM) security systems for correctional facilities, airports and large corporate
