" Suzanne, when I see the SEC registration filing I will believe it has been completed and will know the exact terms of the placement..Until that time, I have no reason to place much credibility in this PR.Their PR track record and abilty to follow through-sucks,IMO.good luck,DD (but so far, the market seems to see it as positive)
