Zeev...No inside information re. production? How about public information.

You don't need inside information. The press release from Alliant re. P.O. for battery materials and finished cells as well as Lev's public statements re. this months production spoken for says it quite well, don't you think?

Regards from a long,

SCS

P.S. Your Short, are you not?

Thanks, Zeev.

Since I am not expecting an OEM purchase order in the near future, maybe the best thing I can hope for right here is that someone supports the stock price for the next week or so. If they could temporarily get some upside in the stock price it might force CC to get off the dime and convert. Conversion now would probably buy VLNC some much needed time.

How does VLNC get below 3 based on a death spiral?...

...if CC isn't selling any shares?

Valence has again told people contacting the company the same thing they told me last week... that CC claims they haven't sold any shares in August.

Can we still get a death spiral without CC selling any shares?

Can the death spiral perception that you and Larry and Noway on Yahoo have worked so hard to build, actually keep this sell-off going?

It seems to me that it will be hard to keep this false perception alive until the stock is driven down to three.
