They will not be granted a waiver since cyanide was already used at the site at one time. So its not biodegradable and remains at the site?

Well Tim you have no credibility with me and you are trying to undermine the operations of this company. I perfer to trust the imppecable reputations of Larry McMillian & Don Blackburn & even Gene Eynard. These men are well respected ENGINEERS and Larry is a graduate with honors of MIT ... with well over 50 Years as an PE. PLUS he was a full bird colonel aunder general Patton. His reputation is also impeccable. I believe I will trust these professionals far more than a convenient on-line basher with 32yr experience in something apparently. :-) GB
