coug, I knew in my gut that swine behavior might be recognized for good rather than just gluttony. I'll keep my ears open for the when the squeals begin, but I'll have to ask the HSE to find out how long it takes the 4-legged variety to sprint 75 ft. (the average of your observations) and come up with a model (new paradigm, of course) that can convert that into the amount of time the 2-legged variety takes between first squeal and the shocking event. I'm sure he can get get it down to within days, which means we don't have to pay a lot of time premium. <g>

The only problem I see is that it'll be a little difficult separating the random squealing from the ready-to-head-for-the-wires squealing. I'm not sure the HSE can pin that one down, but I have every confidence he'll give it a shot. One advantage we do have is that 4-legged swine are much smarter than than the 2-legged kind, since the latter have more than a few sheep genes. While many of the 4-leggers would think it over after a couple pals have felt the sting, and possibly pause to consider the consequences, the 2-leggers will all panic and relentlessly pursue the same course. (A touch of lemming in the DNA?) <g>
