I wonder if T would consider divesting itself of Time Warner Entertainment
I dont doubt at all that will be part of the solution. All they need to do is divest enough to be under 5% ownership. I doubt UMG owns much more of TWX than that anyway.

I suspect that T may also be required to divest its future share in RR. RR and ATHM do compete, they compete for the right to offer thier service to MSO's.

Despite the FCC's "hands off" policy I suspect that T owning significant portions of the top cable internet service providers in the country may push things just a little too far.
