As far as Canada and Ausi's are concerned, they are sold out. Check out their reserve reports that are mentioned occasionally. CB's are responsible citizens by nature and have stopped or slowed their leasing when Africa cried uncle. Hence, the higher lease rates. Supply demand dynamics are likely to fall into place now. I am of the camp that CB's are basically leased out anyway with the exception of the few. Emotional demand will likely now take front stage as it did in the early seventies.
