NetScout sells directly and through distributors, OEMs, and VARs. Customers include 3M, AT&T, and Toys "R" Us. Co-founders Anil Singhal (CEO) and Narendra Popat (COO) each own 20% of NetScout. Entities associated with venture capital firm TA Associates own 26%.
